This section will list various types of taddhita affixes. A few examples are listed below:

pitRu + Amaha ==> pitAmaha (father of father == grandfather). See Stanza 1.12
mAtRu + ula ==> mAtula (brother of mother == maternal uncle). See Stanza 1.26+27
subhadrA + a ==> sObhadra (son of Subhadra). See Stanza 1.6
bala + matup ==> balavat (in whom there is power i.e. powerful). See Stanza 6.34
Ashcharya + vatiM ==> Ashcharyavat (like that with wonder). See Stanza 2.29 (NOTE: unlike the matup affix, the vatiM affix results in adverbs)
