Do not permit the transformation of a dental 'n' to cerebral 'NN' (see {8.4.1}) if it is the last character of the word.
Hence, 'rAma+an' is transformed to 'rAmAn' (and not 'rAmANN'), whereas 'rAma+ina' is transformed to 'rAmeNNa'.
