Step 0: Drop a pre-existing nasal if present (for e.g., see 'hiNs' below).
Step 1: The verbal base is formed by inserting 'na' between the radical vowel and the termination in Strong forms and 'n' in Weak forms.
Special rules apply in some cases such as 'tRuh:to kill'.
