COMMENTS:
- Two terms are attached to the wrong clauses, differing from the clause structure presented by [MM2015] [1]. However, all the individual terms have the correct declined and conjugated forms.
- The ACC-P 'navAni' ('new') term in clause A.1 should instead have been attached to clause A.2.
- Similarly, the ACC-P 'jIrNNAni' ('worn-out') term in clause A.4 should instead have been attached to clause A.3.
- In this stanza, we find that the Object terms in all four clauses are ACC-P terms. Hence, without an understanding of the semantics of the sentence, a syntactic parser cannot know which Object term is modified by each ACC-P modifier, especially if they occur at the boundaries of the clauses (and could be attached to either clause). In this case, perhaps a semantic engine may know that it is improbable that the modifier 'new' can be attached to a nominal that has the modifier 'worn-out' in Clause A.1 (and vice versa in Clause A.3). Such a semantic understanding is beyond the capabilities of our syntactic parser.
